MDA Space appoints Karl Smith to BoD, Janet McEachern as interim CFO

McEachern is replacing Vito Culmone.
BRAMPTON — MDA Space appointed Karl Smith to the company’s BoD and Janet McEachern as interim CFO.
McEachern is replacing Vito Culmone, who is leaving the company to pursue another career opportunity.
Smith immediately joins the audit committee of the Board and will assume the role of audit committee Chair following the next board meeting in August 2024. His appointment increases the size of the MDA Space Board to nine directors, per the company’s by-laws.

McEachern has been at MDA Space since 2020 and is currently the VP of finance leading the corporate finance functions for the company.
