TORONTO — Food Cycle Science launches Eco 3, an electric food recycler that turns food scraps into a dry, odour-free by-product, preventing methane emissions from landfill decomposition.

Bradley Crepeau, CEO of Food Cycle Science, said, “The Eco 3 offers a convenient and accessible everyday solution that helps to reduce household food waste while seamlessly integrating into today’s modern kitchen.”

Eco 3 grinds hard food scraps like bones, shells, pits and fibrous vegetables, while eliminating their accompanying odors. It has a removable bucket that can process up to 3.5 litre of food waste within a few hours.
