Fenplast’s Lajeunesse subsidiary acquires Les Portes ARD

CANDIAC — Quebec-based windows and doors manufacturer Fenplast has acquired Les Portes ARD in Lachute through its subsidiary Lajeunesse windows and doors.

This acquisition will enable Lajeunesse to expand its product range and integrate a network of clients, complementing its existing market. The current leaders of Les Portes ARD will leave while the administrative structure and all staff will remain intact.
